Refund and cancellation
INDIE TAUFA endeavours to ensure that every transaction on our website is smooth and hassle-free. We are committed to delivering our products with the utmost care, ensuring adherence to the highest quality standards.
Our policy generally does not support returns or exchanges for products that are delivered in perfect condition, aligned with the placed order. However, should you receive an incorrect product (one that does not match the item mentioned in the order confirmation) or a product with genuine damage, we are open to exchanging your product with a replacement. Please note, refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
To report an incorrect product or any damages sustained during transit, reach out to our customer care within 24 hours of the product's delivery at support@indietaufa.in. Kindly furnish details like your order number, transaction date, delivery address, and a snapshot of the mistakenly delivered or damaged item. Our customer care team will review the situation and get back to you within 48 working hours. As the nature of our offerings is unique, we reserve the exclusive right to decide on the best resolution method. Every request for return or exchange is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
We cannot provide refunds in situations where an inaccurate or incomplete shipping address is provided, or if our shipping agency reports two failed delivery attempts and/or the package gets declined by the addressee.

Replacement of products will be done only in case of damaged items.

# Parcel opening video is must to address any issues( size, damages, missing items, wrong item delivered etc). Video should be without any pause and cuts in between. Else it will not be considered. Start the video before opening the product till the end where you check everything. You have to show the parcel from all the sides in the video before opening the parcel because we know our packing. Some of the clients repack and make a parcel opening video, if 360 degree video of the parcel before opening the parcel is not there, strictly there will be no resolution
#To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
